Podazote is a closed-cell Plastazote® polyethylene foam with very high stability and flexibility. Its extreme lightness is accompanied by remarkable properties that make it a reference foam in the industry:

• non-allergenic: can be applied to equipment in contact with the skin
• non-toxic: can be used on installations where there is a risk of ingestion or in contact with mucous membranes.
• UV stable
• thermoforming from 110°C (*)
• water resistant: Plastazote foam is a waterproof and water resistant material, which makes it ideal for use outdoors or in humid environments

Examples of use:

• Protective and comfort equipment: helmets, orthotics, cervical collars, interior lining of medical equipment.
• cushioning pads for the protection and cushioning of sensitive equipment.
